Tracy: I am going to check this out. I have been looking for something for my 7th grader in this area and this sounds pretty good. Thanks for posting it.
Dawn: I love Around the World in 180 days. It is great to have something that more than one grade level can do. My girls love it too. I am also learning things with them. Easily one of the best sets I have ever purchased.

:)I really like saxon math. I am using the saxon 1 for my first grader and saxon 54 for my fifth grader. I think saxon is the best for math.

This is our 6th year of using Saxon and we love it. Sometimes it is repetitive but if my children know it we skim the lesson and move on. BUT there are the times when they need that extra lesson and I am so glad it is there. Saxon is very explantory and very easy to use. My children love math and I give Saxon part of the credit for that too. :)

we have been using Saxon for 2 years while homeschooling. especially with the DIVE CD, which i would not be able to do prealgebra and beyond without. An exceptional tool for teaching. The repetitive nature of the course is what makes the new concepts stick.:)
